Certified Forensic Manager Courses

This course is a test exam to allow you to test your computer to see if the Safe Exam Browser is working on your computer.

Known issues individuals have come across:
1. Employer network security permissions do not allow the Safe Exam Browser to be downloaded.
2. Multiple screens connected to computer. It will lock out the additional screens, but in some instances, it does not allow you to move forward with the exam still.

Solutions:
1. Use a different non-employer computer like a personal computer, iPad, Surface Pro, etc.
    a. You may be able to use your cell phone as well, but this is not recommended as the screen is small it makes taking the exam very difficult.
2. Contact your Information Technology Department to see if they have a way to allow the Safe Exam Browser to be downloaded on to your employer networked computer.
3. Disconnect all but one of the screens connected to the computer. If challenging to disconnect, see solution #1 above for alternative computer options.

This course is the exam for becoming certified as a Certified Forensic Manager - Level I​ (Supervisor). It is the starting point for all CFMs.

CFM-I certification shows that individuals have learned the foundation of leadership. They have met a standard of skills, insight, and guidance. "Level 1's" exhibit all of the following:

1. The ability to supervise of a team of individuals within a forensic science organization with well-defined roles and responsibilities
2. The essential tenants of leadership
3. A strong desire to grow both their team's abilities and their own

This is a certification exam. You must have completed a level I course from an Authorized Provider before you can take the exam. If you pay to take the exam, but have not taken a course from an authorized provider, we can only provide a refund minus any credit card charges fees.

This course is the exam for becoming certified as a Certified Forensic Manager - Level I​I (Manager). 

CFM-II certification shows that individuals have learned the foundation of leadership. They have met a standard of skills, insight, and guidance. "Level II's" exhibit all of the following:

1. The ability to manage a forensic science organization with multiple teams.
2. The ability to develop and implement new business and technical processes.
3. The ability to lead and manage personnel to meet organizational missions and objectives.

This is a certification exam. You must have completed a level II course from an authorized provider before you can take the exam. If you pay to take the exam, but have not taken a course from an authorized provider, we can only provide a refund minus any credit card charges fees.

This course is the exam for becoming certified as a Certified Forensic Manager - Level I​II (Director). 

CFM-III certification shows that the individual has a mastery level knowledge of leadership. They have met a standard of skills, insight, and guidance. "Level III's" exhibit all of the following:

1. The ability to lead a forensic science organization or system
2. The ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and innovations
3. The ability to anticipate, mitigate and solve complex organizational challenges
4. The ability to instill a leadership culture within a forensic science organization
5. Provide leadership for the forensic science community

This is a certification exam. You must have completed a level III course from an Authorized Provider and previously earned your CFM-I and CFM-II certifications before you can take the exam. If you mistakenly pay to take the exam but have not taken a course from an Authorized Provider and previously earned your CFM-I and CFM-II certifications, we can only provide a refund minus any credit card charges fees.
